WIREMESH (Hexa) Plywood
Wiremesh (Hexa) Plywood – Superior Slip-Resistant Flooring
Engineered for safety and performance, our 8mm Wiremesh Plywood—widely known as Hexa Plywood—is crafted from high-quality timber imported from Ukraine and Nordic countries. This specialized panel is produced by pressing a 240g/m² phenolic film onto one face of the plywood using high-temperature and high-pressure manufacturing techniques, resulting in a distinct, high-grip hexagonal (honeycomb) textured surface. The reverse side is left in its natural, raw state.
To meet diverse project requirements, we offer this product with two core options:
-
Birch Core: Provides superior density, high structural strength, and excellent wear resistance.
-
Pine Core: A more versatile and cost-effective alternative that maintains high durability while being easier to handle and machine.
The unique "Hexa" pattern is specifically designed to provide maximum traction, making it the industry standard for flooring applications where safety is the top priority.
Why Choose Our Wiremesh (Hexa) Plywood?
-
Anti-Slip Security: The hexagonal pattern provides maximum traction, effectively reducing the risk of accidents in high-traffic areas.
-
Flexible Core Options: Choose Birch for high-load industrial use or Pine for a reliable, cost-effective solution.
-
High-Performance Film: The 240g/m² phenolic film coating provides excellent resistance to moisture, abrasion, and chemicals.
-
Durable & Safe: Built to withstand heavy use while ensuring a safe, non-slip surface.
